Need Help With A Group of Mine
I actually have been drawing a lot more. At work I usually use Bing images a references and paint scenery or other random things in between phone calls (and I plan to eventually upload my work drawings), so I have been practicing more traditional work. I've also been trying to find a Cintiq so I can get back to digital drawing. It's been hard because Wacom doesn't sell the Cintiq Companion 2 anymore. I did find one through a third party seller on Amazon but it didn't work so I had to return it. Since then it's been really hard to find a new one.
The main point of this journal is that I was wanting to find out if there is a way that I can get one of my old groups back. I drop in sometimes so I would like to start running my group again. I founded the group and made a friend the co-founder, but I became really inactive so I made my friend the leader. The issue is that my friend has not been active on dA for years so I can't note them to make me founder again. Is there another way I can be made founder of the group again?

What does your username mean?
My username was originally Irockoutloudest, which was just my email that I had made back when I was in middle school, I eventually wanted to change it because it was long. I ended up settling on varocky because VAR is my actual initials, and the rocky gives a hint/ode to my first username.
Describe yourself in three words.
Work, draw, sleep (In that order is basically what I do everyday).
Are you left or right handed?
Left.
What was your first deviation?
I'm pretty sure I've deleted it since, but if I remember correctly it was a coloring of either a Lion King or Dragon Booster (old cartoon/anime) lineart that I had done in MS Paint to make my first OC.
What is your favourite type of art to create?
Now, I'm really getting into doing art more like my PoGo drawing.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
I would love to learn how to do a painterly style like Sakimi-chan does. If not then at least Hana's style.
What was your first favourite?
No idea, and I have a lot so I don't feel like looking.
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
It really does vary. If I like it, I fav it.
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
Hanatan will always be at the top of my list. She helped me a lot in the past, not to mention watching her draw in her streams has helped me to improve a lot.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
At least Paris (theredcrane), Hana (Hanatan), and Ismail (Liamsi).
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
See #10... Paris has also helped in a similar way in which watching her helped as well.
What are your preferred tools to create art?
PaintToolSai2, sometimes Photoshop (CC), and a drawing tablet (currently using Wacom Intuos Draw small).
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
I'm a "digital artist" so I'm limited to sitting in front of my computer.

Hana's Livestreams from back in the day with all of the Craic.
Cliche Christmas/New Year's Journal
Christmas:
My Christmas was actually uneventful. I had to work Christmas Eve and it was 73˚F on Christmas. I didn't get much for Christmas because there wasn't really anything I wanted. The only notable thing is "watercolor" colored pencils that I doubt I'll use since I gave up on colored pencils when I couldn't figure out how to use expensive-as-hell Prismacolor colored pencils.
It's not just Christmas that was disappointing. I didn't do anything for Halloween and Thanksgiving was really small... You know you're getting old when the cluster of holidays at the end of the year are uneventful.
New Year's:
As for art, this past year my laziness and later my work made it so that I didn't make much art at all. Since I have some kind of drawing tablet now my goal/resolution for the next year is to draw more. My goal for before the year ends is to finish my World Road character since I'm so close to having it finished.
I'm hoping for a lot of progress during the coming year in both my new job and in my love life. I'll be 23 next year and I always thought that by this point I would be at least living with someone who was obviously trying to seriously work towards a future together. I'm really hoping for progress at work because I know that will help with the love life progression as long as things get better on a more emotional level there.

Merging My Two Accounts
Everything that is going to be moving from that account are my guides to the Pokémon games, my powersaving info, and biggest of all is my Trainer Card Project (which can be read about when I post it).
On a more pathetic note, I'm hoping that with me randomly commenting on posts as I have been and now moving all of that over here that hopefully I will become more active on dA as I have been wanting to do.
